How our billing works

Introduction

All our website hosting, reseller hosting, and VPS server packages are billed monthly, annually, or biennially. This guide will cover the various payment methods available, the specifics of each payment method, and the available product billing cycles.

NOTE: We do not accept EFT or cash payments. We provide a number of electronic payment options which are far more efficient, and make the process of paying easier for you.

Payment methods

Depending on where in the world you are located, you will be presented with various payment options. You will have either one or both of the following payment methods available to you:

Stripe
PayFast

Below is a table outlining the differences between the payment methods:

NOTE: For payment methods with automatic billing, your card will automatically be charged when invoices are due for payment.

Billing cycles

We give you the option to pay for your products/services monthly, annually or biennially. For clarity sake, please see a further explanation of our billing cycles:

Monthly: You will be billed each month

Annually: You will be billed once a year

Biennially: You will be billed once every two years

TIP: You receive large discounts if you pay annually or biennially for services.
